SOPI.ops Operations System

Explore SOPI.ops workflows and functions for customer data, campaigns, agents, calls, compliance, reporting, and collection audit.

COLLECTION OPERATIONS PLATFORM

Connected functions in one operational workflow

SOPI.ops is designed to reduce work scattered across spreadsheets, CRM, telephony, and separate reports. Work data, campaigns, agent activity, communication outcomes, and audit records follow the same operational context.

Operational workflow

  1. 01

    Prepare and validate data

CSV/XLSX files enter staging for format checks, template mapping, identity validation, and conflict review before data is committed.

  2. 02

    Organize customers and campaigns

Data is organized into customers, typed identifiers and phone contacts, then linked to products, leads or work items, campaigns, and agent assignments.

  3. 03

    Check eligibility before contact

Eligibility is checked against the campaign, mode, operating hours, holidays, DNC list, number validity, attempt limits, and applicable assignment.

  4. 04

    Choose a follow-up channel

Agents can handle leads through Preview Call. Campaigns also support Predictive, IVR, and official WhatsApp modes, subject to configuration and required approvals.

  5. 05

    Record outcomes and follow-up

Technical call results are kept separate from business outcomes. Activity, permitted recordings, reports, and audit records help teams review next steps.

SOPI.OPS

Operational controls

  • Workspaces and data are separated by tenant; access follows user roles.
  • A campaign does not run just because it was created; activation requires an explicit action.
  • Configured compliance checks run before calls.
  • Telephony status, IVR results, and business outcomes are stored as distinct result types.
  • Important administrative and operational actions can be traced through audit records.

Module availability

Channel and mode availability depends on tenant configuration, integration readiness, and operational/compliance approval. Predictive, IVR, and WhatsApp are run only after their respective prerequisites are met.
